Busara Promotions respects your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you have interacted with our services, purchased tickets, or communicated with us via platforms like WhatsApp, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the complete deletion of your data (including your name, email, and phone number), please send an email to our official contact address with your request.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Send an email to: busara@busara.or.tz
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- In the body of the email, please include the email address and/or phone number associated with your account or ticket purchase so we can locate your records.
- We will process your request and securely remove your information from our active databases within 14 business days.
What happens after deletion?
Once your data is deleted, you will no longer receive communications from us (including automated WhatsApp messages or emails regarding upcoming events). Please note that we may be required to retain certain transaction records temporarily for financial and legal compliance purposes as an NGO, but these will not be used for marketing or communication.
