1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Busara Promotions, including purchasing tickets or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Busara Promotions is a non-profit NGO based in Zanzibar, dedicated to promoting professional employment opportunities in the East African music industry.

2. Event Attendance and Code of Conduct

Busara Promotions promotes respect for cultural diversity, pluralism, and mutual respect. When attending our events, you agree to:

  • Respect the local culture and traditions of Zanzibar.
  • Treat artists, staff, crew, and fellow attendees with dignity, regardless of race, class, gender, ethnicity, politics, or religion.
  • Follow all safety and security instructions provided by event staff.

3. Ticketing and Refunds

All tickets are subject to availability. Busara Promotions reserves the right to refuse admission or revoke ticketing privileges if an attendee violates our Code of Conduct or poses a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others. Refund policies are determined on a per-event basis and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including ticket deliveries via email or WhatsApp, and important event updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure safe and enjoyable events, Busara Promotions and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during our events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
